I Would Like To Know About:

• RETURNS - There are NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES and NO REFUNDS! ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 
• TURN AROUND TIME -  During NORMAL business season, turn around time is from 5 to 7 business days. During PEEK seasons, such as holidays and graduation, turn around time is from 12 to 14 days. During PEEK seasons, PLEASE order in advance so that you will receive your order in time. Shipping time is NOT included in the turn around time. 
• BUSINESS DAYS - ALL orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the NEXT business day.  Business days are MONDAY through FRIDAY.
• SHIPPING - Please choose the APPROPRIATE shipping rate that will allow you to receive your order prior to your event.
• TRACKING INFO - An email will be sent to you with the tracking number and the courier name once your order has been shipped.
• ARTWORK APPROVAL - ALL artwork will be emailed to you for your APPROVAL. During this time, CHECK for grammatical errors, correct spelling of names and correct dates. Once Dah Divah Printz receives the APPROVAL of artwork, PRODUCTION begins. Make SURE that everything is correct upon APPROVAL. FAILED or DELAYED responses to emails that contain artwork for your approval will subsequently result in FAILED or FELAYED shipping. 
• WHITE SPACES - White areas or streaks or creases on your garment is NORMAL. Due to printing on items that are not absolutely flat, misprinted areas will occur. Dah Divah Printz will ensure that those areas are not in the faces of the people in the artwork.
